Description
Prestigous client looking for a Senior Reservoir Engineer to Head thier Reservoir Engineering Department. With management responsibilities: Several Reservoir Engineers/Reservoir Technicians.
My client a leading multinational energy company over 90,000 employees and operations in more than 130 countries. Engaged in all aspects of the petroleum industry, including Upstream operations (oil and gas exploration, development and production, LNG) and Downstream operations (refining, marketing and the trading and shipping of crude oil and petroleum products).
My client is looking for a Head of Geology for E&P in Syria/Syrie. To head its multi-discipline and multi-cultural Geosciences Team based in Damascus. Particular attention will be given to Health Security and Environment motivation which are both important focuses for the company.

***Your Experience/Qualifications/Capabilities:
As a Head of Reservoir Engineer in the Reservoir Department, you will be responsible for:
- Providing reservoir engineering services to operated assets and New Business division.
- Updating reserves and estimates production profiles.
- Initiating reservoir studies and their follow up in coordination with head office.
- Being a member of the Well Performance Team, validating well monitoring and well intervention proposals.
- Participating in the preparation of development projects and presenting them to head office for approval.
- Promoting Company technical know-how
- Managing a team of several engineers and technicians and reporting to the Geoscience Manager.
- Management responsibilities: several engineers and reporting to Geoscientists
to join its multi-discipline, multi-cultural Reservoir Department Team based in Damascus. Particular attention will be given to Health, Safety and Environment motivation.
